Kat is usually a very calm and mild-tempered cat, but if you threaten her people, you better be prepared to face her fury.

This pic is for the Sky Kingdom assignments over on :iconthe-eight-kingdoms:. It wasn't specified what creatures were lurking in the clouds, so I went with something dark and vague.
Drawing Kat this way was so much fun!!! She should get angry more often. :D

Ooh! pretty!!! what program do you use, i mean i STILL cant draw a good wing like that with mine on a sketch (maybe ok) but not digitally!

The lines were first sketched with pencil on paper, then fine-lined with my trusty black ballpoint-pen. Then I scanned it and with Photoshop I inked and colored it, before adding the background. :)

huh... people say Photoshop, but i don't really get it! is it called Photoshop? or os ot like cs6 witch i had no clue of how to use, or even getting past the trial :XD:

Well, I use Photoshop CS5 in the Student Edition (which is the same as the normal one, just a lot cheaper). It took me a while to get used to it, but there are wonderful Tutorials here on dA that helped me a lot.
